Balance Multi Spring Seal

The MS200 Multi-Spring Balanced Mechanical Seal is an internally mounted, hydraulically balanced pusher-type seal that utilizes an ‘O’-ring as its secondary sealing element. It is offered with a selection of seal face materials and elastomers, rendering it adaptable for universal application on centrifugal pumps and analogous rotating equipment.

The compact multi-spring configuration ensures uniform face loading, dependable performance under elevated pressures, and superior operation in clean to moderately contaminated or mildly corrosive fluid services. The balanced design inherently reduces seal face load and frictional heat generation, consequently enhancing both seal and equipment longevity while sustaining stable sealing integrity across an expansive operational envelope.

All constituent components are engineered for facile installation and maintenance. Torque transmission is achieved positively via drive lugs, and the cartridge-style rotary assembly undergoes factory pre-assembly and dynamic testing to guarantee consistent manufacturing quality and peak operational efficacy.
