Description
The VM-1125 Vertical Non-Metallic Monoblock Pump is a corrosion-resistant vertical immersion pump for acids, alkalis, dyes, intermediates, plating solutions and scrubber liquors. The pump casing sits submerged in the tank or sump while the motor stays above the liquid level, so there is no shaft seal in contact with the pumped liquid at the casing.
Wetted parts in polypropylene (PP) or PVDF suit continuous chemical transfer, acid loading and unloading, electroplating circulation, filter press feed and corrosive gas scrubbing. The monoblock drive mounts directly on the tank cover or mounting plate, giving a compact installation with no coupling alignment.
